The customer has no account - and still wants to send it back
A large share of orders is placed as a guest. Ask those people to register for a return and you get an email to support instead. Here the order number and the email address are enough.
The situation
The order was placed without registering. The customer has the confirmation in their inbox and nothing else. They look for the word return on your site and, at best, land straight on a form.
Two fields, no password
The login asks for the order number and either the email address or the postcode. After that the guest sees what a logged-in customer sees: the returns already filed for this order, and the button for a new one.
Please log in with your order number and your e-mail address and/or postal code to create a return or to track the status of an existing return.

Below the login sits the question whether the order number or the email address has been forgotten. Behind it is a search by surname and email or postcode that lists every matching order - with a return button on each row.

In the settings you enter your own address, by default ruecksendung. That turns yourshop.com/returns into the return page. Put it in the footer, in the dispatch email or on a shop page.
Here you can activate an SEO Url for your return form (e.g. for guests). This Url will then automatically redirect to the Plugin Url.
