Who may return
Four conditions on the order and three levels on the product. The check always runs in the same order and returns a named reason, which becomes the message to the customer.
On the order
- Valid order states
-
A selection of order states. If the state of the order is not among them, no return is possible. Nothing selected means every state works.
- Valid customer groups
-
The same for customer groups. Useful when dealers should return differently from end customers.
- Valid countries
-
The billing address and every delivery address of the order are checked. If one of them matches, the way is clear.
On the product
- What applies by itself
-
Only ordinary products can be returned. Vouchers and discount lines cannot be selected at all.
- Taking single products out
-
Through a custom field on the product, without programming.
- Enable custom conditions for products
-
Switches on the check by Twig.
- Twig Syntax
-
The expression runs for each order line. Available are the line itself, the product behind it and the order; exclusion happens through a variable set to false.
