Not everyone owns a printer
A return label as a PDF only helps someone who can print. The QR code works on a phone: show it, and the label comes out of the machine at the branch.
The situation
Young customers, a big city, no printer in the flat. Until now the return ended at please print this - and in support.
Two buttons, one request
The plugin asks DHL for the label and the QR code in a single call. On the closing page the customer sees both and picks whichever suits.
The plugin works out the weight
The weight on the label comes from the quantity and the product weight of the returning lines. If no weight is maintained anywhere, a floor of one kilogram applies - so the label does not fail over it.
If no weight is maintained anywhere, the plugin assumes 1.0 kg.
More than one parcel
If the return does not fit in one box, a click on the question about several labels opens further buttons. Up to five additional labels are possible, after that the plugin locks them.
